Opera Memphis: Rebranding in Style

This fall, Opera Memphis is launching a re-branding campaign with the help of doug carpenter & associates. In addition to publicizing the company's new director, Ned Canty, and promoting the 2011-2012 season, the branding campaign aims to appeal to both seasoned opera-goers and those that might be intimidated by the art form. Glamour, class, AND accessibility? Not too shabby.

The campaign includes outdoor, online, direct mail, radio, and print advertising.

Promoting Film Business in Tennessee

Next Thursday, the Association for the Future of Film and Television in Tennessee will hold a meeting in Memphis. The AFFT is a state-wide grass-roots coalition of actors, filmmakers, production crew, audio and video post-produciton technicians and talent working to attract more film and video business to Tennessee.
The meeting will include the latest updates form the AFFT about its legislative efforts.
It will be hosted by the local chapter of AFFT at Dean Film & Video.
Nonmembers are welcome to join at the door by paying an annual AFFT membership fee of $25.
