'Unveil Downtown' June Artwalk Announced

The Downtown Memphis Commission and Downtown Neighborhood Association are in the midst of planning for an 'artwalk' this June in downtown Memphis. 20 artists from the region will have their work featured in downtown restaurants and retail locations, what organizers are calling 'pop-up' galleries, and will keep the proceeds from work that sells. Artists interested in being featured must apply by March 26.
We think this sounds like a potentially great idea, and we'll definitely be interested to see which 20 business will be hosting.
